CTCIT project team has accumulated plenty of project management experiences : both small and big projects. For big scale projects which require collaborative work and effort between Bangkok office and CTCI headquarters in Taipei , a joint taskforce which consist of staff from both offices is established.
Customers are guaranteed of good integrated work performance because procedures and all work methods have been standardized and synchronized. Several kinds of multimedia facilities such as internet, VDO conference facility are also utilized so as to ensure "seamless" work. |

Our engineering team provides a full spectrum of engineering design from process design to layout and shop drawing drafting. We not only design new facilities but also implement improvements to existing facilities to increase their capacity and reliability.
All disciplines are familiar with international design codes and standards, and local laws and regulation. They design the plant and bear in mind that the plant shall meet client’s specification, and economical. The services provided by the engineering department are : |

| PROCUREMENT |

Equipment and material delivery is essentially important to the completion deadline of each project. Most of the project execution relies greatly on how fast equipment and material can be made available on site.
CTCIT recognizes this importance and puts its much effort on developing systems that information of various suppliers are kept, purchase order
status can be traced, and equipment and material delivery
can be expedited.
Our procurement staffs are very familiar with BOI privilege requirement.
They have plenty experiences in BOI master list preparation and customs clearance process.
Subcontract is also an essential activity of procurement department.
With long years establishment in Thailand, CTCIT has partnered
with many subcontractors; big and small, to bring in best benefit to the projects. |

| FABRICATION EASTERN PROVINCE OPERATIONS CENTER (EPOC) |

| In the year of 1997, an Eastern Province Operations Center (EPOC), which is CTCIT’s construction and fabrication base, was set up in Mapkha, Rayong for a total area of 121,600 SQ.M (or 76 rai), to provide our customers with the services of piping pre-fabrication and steel structure pre-fabrication. EPOC factory consists of the following facilities: |

EPOC has a capacity to perform piping fabrication at 60,000 Dia-inch / Month or steel structure fabrication at 2,000 tons / month, and grit blasting and painting at 10,000 SQ.M / Month. Equipment preassembly is also made possible due to its space.
EPOC fabrication utilizes the full range of welding processes in workshop and has welded a variety of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys etc. Each workshop is suitable equipped with cranes, welding equipments and other tools necessary to undertake the variety and complexity of fabricated products identified. |

CTCIT offers a full range of construction services in Thailand. The most of construction works have largely been carried out are petrochemical plants, refinery plants, power plants, and a general industrial factory which locate in Bangkok, Maptaphut Rayong, and Chonburi. Construction teams are innovative and resolving the difficulties encountered at various jobsites. The construction group maintains high quality by adhering to strict construction procedures and employing the most up-to-date techniques.
Progress control is carefully monitored to ensure that the progress achieve master schedule. By assembling our construction teams during the early stage of project execution, the design group can integrate its design a full range of value engineering while at the same time the construction group becomes familiar with the design, enabling it to plan its efforts in advance.
